The management team at Unique Capital is comprised of several individuals with closings in excess of $800MM in commercial and business transactions over the last 7 years. They are experienced in the complex structuring of debt as well as equity with various asset classes. The primary focus is on the energy sector (ie. solar projects and wind projects) as well as investment grade debt/contract obligation financing (contract monetization). Historically, we have been a capital provider for commercial real estate (multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, etc..) but have diverted a great deal of focus off this difficult sector.
