Requirements:

In most cases we require a PPA to be in place that has an investment grade obligator as well as a minimum annual payment on the document. If these two requirements don't exist, we have the capacity to fund in other ways.

Loan amounts from $30mm to $500mm USD. Larger amounts can be funded through syndicatation. We can fund internationally, in select countries. Transactions are preferred in USD, but can work with contracts in other currencies in some instances.
