For project finance, we have the ability to lend up to 100% of project cost for acquisition or development and place our focus towards solar and wind farm A&D (acquisition and development). Project Size Preference is from $25M+, but can work on deals as low as $5M if the economics make sense. We offer refinancing programs as well which may be capped at 80% LTV, but have more emphasis on cash-flow and debt-service than the actual leverage maximum. Unique Capital will entertain biofuel/biomass, off-shore wind and other alternative energy and infrastructure projects.

For CTL (credit tenant lease) financing, we offer competitive capital terms for acquisition, refinancing and development (construction) for borrowers that have long-term bondable lease contracts with investment grade tenants. Acceptable property types include single-tenant retail, corporate offices, industrial/warehouse and government (domestic or sovereign) leased facilities. Investment Range is from $5M to $300M (with the ability to go higher).

With commercial real estate, our current focus is from $5M to $200M on a per deal basis with the ability to exceed on strong/low-levered deals or drop below on a case-by-case basis. We have access to conventional institutional capital, hard/bridge money, mezzanine financing and equity through a range of sources. We also offer SBA 7a, SBA 504 and USDA B&I financing programs.
